Refund and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order. Refunds will be processed when the item is received back at our warehouse. The cost of returning the items will be paid for by the customer. We stock no spare parts for any of this furniture. We also do not offer customer support or technical support although we are happy to supply manuals free of charge digitally should you require one. Please use our contact form to request a manual. Any other requests will not be responded to.
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and not this website. We cannot offer free postage or delivery as this is a discount store. If your items are damaged or lost in transit, please contact the courier for compensation. You will need to follow their procedures independent of this website.
